Artemis Solunar: Hunt & Fish Terms of Use

Effective October 27, 2026

Last updated: October 29, 2026

By using Artemis Solunar: Hunt & Fish, you agree to these terms.

For planning only

Artemis Solunar provides sunrise, sunset, twilight, moon, and solunar feeding times as estimates for planning only. Solunar ratings and feeding windows are based on a traditional theory, not a guarantee of fish or game activity.

Artemis Solunar does not show legal shooting, hunting, or fishing hours. Legal hours, seasons, limits, and regulations are set by your state and local authorities and can change. You are solely responsible for checking and following your state wildlife agency’s current rules.

No warranty

Artemis Solunar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Times can differ from other sources because of calculation methods, your device’s clock and time zone, or the location you chose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ajc-dev is not liable for any loss, injury, fine, penalty, or damage that comes from using or relying on Artemis Solunar, including any decision about when or where to hunt or fish.

Purchases

Solunar Pro is a one-time purchase that removes all ads, unlocks Red light mode, and adds home-screen widgets. Sunrise, sunset, moon and feeding times are always free in the app. The purchase is through Google Play and is subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and continuing to use Artemis Solunar means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
